Logan County Senior Living is a 30 bed nursing home owned by the county, lead by a group of local board members as part of a not-for-profit organization, managed by Grace Team Services, and supported through a continued partnership with Logan County Hospital. It takes a team! We all work together and are committed to keeping high quality skilled nursing care in our area.

We pride ourselves on being a place where residents want to live, staff enjoy working and the community is proud of. At Logan County Senior Living, everyone matters!
